The only thing I'd push back is this: I get that social media is not a substitute for face-to-face interaction, but looking at it as the "venue" through which those kind of convos you mentioned take place, pushes us even more in the "digital realm", instead of trying to create physical places where those convos and connections can take place.
I think that now more than ever ppl need to have face-to-face interactions, did you guys see how many people have lost touch with being human? Looking in the eyes, touching each other, talking to strangers and not seeing them as threats, actually listening!!
The digital realm should be used as little as possible and should be only a tool to make in person gatherings easier ♥️
