For me this is actually what burn out looks like.
Every time I push work and stress too hard, it’s my body that gives up on me first.
I had a panic attack during the MRI scan to confirm that I am indeed totally utterly butterly burnt out.
Crutches for 4-6 weeks and a lot of trying to learn from this.
