Yes, ZEUS is a good wallet as well with a lot of great features. I used it for the Mynymbox LN node as well and now for LN and Cashu.
Nunchuck offers tons of features, you can run it with x wallets, decoy wallet, MultiSig, you can use it with Passport, ColdCard etc. I have tested it with the Passport and the experience was really good. I use it with Tapsigner as more secure personal daily driver wallet now

This is absolute wrong. It doesn't have anything to do with fiat. When you buy something in a shop with BTCcand the shop needs your data for whatever reason, maybe shipping some good, you tie an BTC address to an real address. No fiat is involved in that case. If you get change the shop owner can track you.
