If we look at historic cycles and assume the records about them are accurate, we see a pattern of behavior emerge which can be modelled and predicted....

I can agree that most of scientific adventures, social experiments, etc were in previous century only. While nowadays we have highest tech, for a decades, there are almost no new fudamental inventions. Ufo disclosure? Lol. So, we are in falling phase. I see that morality, culture, art are degrading. But falling phase may be long, - if we are talking about Roman empire, it falls about a century or two (after Diocletian's dictate and/or Constantine's mistakes). Well, our countries are much less strong >.< so, I doubt we have 200 years time. What signals can we expect year before total collapse? week before? (also, I see that local infrastructure are repairing, but in silly way. Totally working, rare using local railway are still repairing (second year).Bridge repairing. (why? Can you suggest something?))
