I have one with early stage dementia. I feel like the stress of the dementia ends up killing them. Otherwise I feel people would live longer.

My mom has been bearing the brunt of his care since my grandmother passed in 2015. She only recently (like the last 2 years) convinced 2 of my aunts to help her. There are 8 kids total, 7 living. And only 3 taking care of him. He, on his good days, has told my mom that he wants her to get everything.
