True but also when you take it is important. If you take it before the workout (or labour) you get insane power boost energy on the muscles. Post work...
I don't do workouts, just work. Some days that's sitting in front of a computer, other days it's lifting, moving, and sweating.
I'm not interested in bulking up. I don't know if it's my chi, or knowledge of physics and physiology, but people are frequently surprised with my strength. Despite the "skinny looking arms" that appear in my profile pic (as some dork attempted to insult me with).
I'm thinking it will be great for me after physical work, so thank you for informing about the balance aspect. I only bought it because I saw so many people on Nostr mentioning how much they felt different after taking it for a few weeks. I should have done more research, but the memory of experience is maybe what I needed. 😜
