I get the “CEO vs no CEO” point… But for me it’s not really the deciding factor in how I look at these systems. With Bitcoin, Nostr, Pubky… I don’t see it as a simple centralized vs decentralized label. Even without a CEO, there are still influence layers, incentives, and real-world dependencies that shape how things evolve. So I try to look more at structure and user experience rather than just the governance label… And from that angle, I personally find Pubky feels more organized and smoother for social use cases, while Nostr feels more open but also more fragmented. Not saying one is right or wrong… just how I currently see the trade-offs.
