So where did you get the idea that it is a LN wallet?
Yes, you can send lightning payments, but all transactions are auto-swapped from liquid to lightning before they're sent to the recipient. Yes, you can also receive lightning payments, but again, those are auto-swapped before they land in your wallet.
And of course those auto-swaps charge a swap-fee that you have to pay on top of the lighnting fee for every single transaction. In times of higher lightning-fees than on-chain fees, paying an additional fee for swaps doesn't sound fun to me at all.
I'm not saying Liquid in general is bad, quite the opposite, it's a useful tool. but I would never recommend it for your everyday lightning needs. Tricking people into using it by telling them "it's a lighntning wallet!" is even worse.
