How would I have handled things?
I would have continued developing Knots but with more maintainers involved and opened it up to the community, so that not everything depended on Luke.
And I would have waited until at least 50% of the network’s nodes were on board.
Then I would have proposed BIP-110, and not just as a temporary measure.
