Ok I get it. I am looking at it from an anarchist perspective that would take the state out of the equation, thus considering that capitalism without regulation would only lead to monopolies, implying that anarcho capitalism is not a possible thing.
If you keep the state and include competition into the core definition of capitalism, then yes I would agree that capitalism is over.

Je défends l'idée que le capitalisme mène de lui-même aux monopoles, qu'il a été dès le départ du capitalisme de connivence. Les lois créent les monopoles... ou les arrêtent. Les monopoles se créent aussi et se maintiennent par des stratégies privées anti compétitives.
Et cela existait avant l'inflation monétaire fiat. Le cas de la Standard Oil me semble bien représentatif de tout ça.
A mon sens, l'anarchie est plus une philosphie et possiblement un objectif qu'une voie. La voie vers une vraie anarchie est complexe.

Oui, j'attaque l'argument par les deux côtés : d'une part une infime partie des patrons est milliardaire, d'autre part je trouve discutable de considérer que tous les milliardaires sont des patrons (ça dépend de la définition qu'on retient de "patron").

Je ne vois pas dans cette BD une simpliste opposition créateur de richesse / pauvre salarié exploité mais des questions sur c'est quoi (et combien) la richesse, quelle création de richesses sont positives pour la société, qu'est-ce que ça fait d'avoir autant de richesse concentrée.
Oui tu es toujours libre, mais être libre est un peu plus compliqué que juste aller créer sa boîte quand tu as été formaté depuis tout petit dans un système manipulé par ceux qui ont le pouvoir, c'est-à-dire les plus riches.

Par ailleurs, je suis quasiment sûr qu'on peut être milliardaire sans être patron. A moins que patron se résume à payer quelqu'un pour gérer sa fortune, ce dont il est difficile de se passer à ce niveau de fortune, j'en conviens.

I agree that it is not a free market, but I think it is still very much capitalist.
As for my metaphor, I can add that capitalism is both the track and the run. Reaching the finish line ends (or freeze) the run, it does not mean that the track has disappeared.

I do not agree with that.
Ruling by fear and violence is what we human are constantly doing, with this tale that this or that violence will be the last. But it will not. It always creates just another cycle of grief, pain and violence. Offenders have children, families, active roles in communities. Furthermore, fear has very often (if not always) been proven ineffective in the long run.
But I would not expect spontaneous change in the goodness of aggressors' heart. And I really like the idea of a clear removal of violent people, as stated in your other post about matriarchy. I absolutely agree we need this.
I would rather suggest a real investment of the whole society on this cancer, at least giving a choice: surveiled real therapy or capital punishment. Just as we should investigate more (or just stop blinding ourselves) on the roots and causes of cancer. Learn, do prevention, and treat.
