i've never had a problem with nip-04 dms. nip-17 dms are hit or miss cause not all clients support it. so far 0 success with the mls dms.

As a person that used primal exclusively for 7 months, I now only open wisp.
Have you tried primal recently? The 3.0 update is really good.
