Build a seedsigner. Also they're cheap so build a few. Also check out foundation passport core. Other than the seedsigner hard to trust pretty much anything. Also there's no secure element but I am pretty sure trezor model T is all open source. I would still roll dice and convert to binary then to bip39 words yourself. No matter what you have to use some kind of offline computer to calculate the checksum to get the final 12th or 24th word.

What you're really saying when you claim no one will ever roll dice to secure their money is that life is actually pretty nice right now for most Americans and you think that won't change. Fiat is going to fuck people pretty hard too. And when they get fucked with bad enough, playing dice to keep their wealth will sound incredible. I'm not confident people will have higher purchasing power and income in 10 years. The AI tech overlords have no desire to share. People will claim their freedom, but only after it gets really, really bad. The one way I can see that not being the case is if either local llms or decentralized AI networks compete well with centralized AI. In that case who knows how long it may take for bitcoin to catch on. Its extremely hard to generate random information and secure it. But I'm still hopeful. Perhaps people will invent devices or contraptions that generate entropy with far less effort than dice or cards. But I'm just saying I'm not ready to give up on getting people to self custody. The alternative future is too dystopian for me to accept.

I have not researched his history of posts but let me guess, he almost never supports a fork until after it has been adopted. He works off of a consensus filter in terms of how he filters information in his brain like a woman. As opposed to filtering the world by True/False filter combined with principles. I'm okay with being wrong about that but that is my heuristic with many of the people who are anti BIP 110.

I think what people usually mean is that they like that iphones have iMessages and icloud where all the apps constantly sync to iCloud without the user having to think. That and airdrop launching in 2013. My GrapheneOS pixel lets me install whatever I want from any source I want so I install open source everything from github and zapstore, let's me make it look like anything I want including but not limited to looking almost identical to an iphone, it doesn't secretly spy on me and all my keystrokes or force packets of data around my vpns back to apple servers, has every nostr client, lets me connect to all my own servers with self hosted apps privately.... Goes on and on. I'm very confused as to how android "sucks" relative to ios. Oh and btw on android you can just run bluebubbles or openbubbles and have iMessages without having your entire phone be one big spy device for apple. 🤙
